The hats by the Italian label Superduper are handmade in Florence with great attention to detail. The company was founded in 2011 by the sisters Veronica and Ilaria Cornacchini and Matteo Gioli out of the desire to combine traditional craftsmanship with new ideas. The brand focuses on natural materials that are processed with dedication and patience. Each hat features an ”earthpiece™”, Superduper's trademark. The stone chips are hand-stitched onto the brims of the hats. Additionally the text on the badge is meant to remind its wearer of Superduper’s credo: “Work hard, evolve freely, celebrate the imperfections.”
The felts used for the production of the hats are manufactured by the Portuguese company Fepsa. All animal hair is 100% byproduct of the food industry.
