Shipping & Delivery

All US orders are shipped via DHL Express within 1 – 5 business days. Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

Please refer to the chart below for shipping methods as well as shipping costs and delivery times for your destination. Please be aware that shipping times can vary during sale periods.

The customer bears any and all costs incurred additionally, such as import sales tax or duties. All additional costs will be shown before completing the order within the checkout.

Duties & Taxes

For all deliveries made to the US below 800 USD (per customer and day), no customs apply. Sales tax (VAT) is applied separately depending on tax regulations in your state. For all deliveries made to the US over 800 USD (per customer and day), customs and sales tax will be calculated separately within checkout and are paid by the customer.

Payment

The Closed Online Shop for the US accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal

Payments, as well as refunds for shipments to the US, are invoiced in US dollar (USD).

Order Tracking

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an e-mail including the DHL tracking number. You can check the status of your order via the link provided or you can check the status on www.dhl.com by entering your tracking number.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, conveniently and free of charge.

Please follow the steps below in order to return an item/s:

1. Log in to your Closed customer account. If you do not have an account, please use the return link included in the Order Confirmation e-mail.

2. Click on the tab “Order history” and click on “Initiate return” on your particular order.

3. Select the item/s you wish to return, the quantity and reason for its/their return. Confirm by clicking “Initiate Return”.

4. Click on “Download PDF”, print out the free return label and stick it on the package so it is easily seen. Additionally, please print out the returns proforma invoice and put it into the packing list envelope on the outside box

5. Now contact DHL Express to schedule an appointment for the pickup of your package. Please use the following link: https://mydhl.express.dhl/us/en/schedule-pickup.html On the DHL Express homepage, please fill in your information as follows:

  • "Do you need to create a shipping label?" - Select "No”
  • Confirm that you have a DHL waybill number.
  • Please enter your waybill number in the "Waybill Number" field. You will find your waybill number on the first page of the return document which you have previously downloaded.
  • Please leave the field "phone number" blank.
  • Now enter your collection address and schedule a date for the pickup.

6. Hand over your package to the DHL Express delivery man. Make sure you keep the postage receipt safe until you have received confirmation that your return shipment has arrived with us.

7. Once we have received your return, you will be automatically notified via e-mail.

8. Your refund will be credited to your credit card. Please note that refunds take up to 10 working days before showing up on your bank account.

Please take note that you may only use the products for the purposes of testing – in a manner commonly permitted in a store to check that they fit – and that the products must be returned with the original label attached and with the return slip enclosed in the package. We reserve the right to demand compensation in the event that the product quality has suffered as a result of any additional use.
